Do you recall the brief period in the early months of the 2020 presidential race when Michael Avenatti, Stormy Daniels’ attorney, was viewed as a potential candidate?
Yes, Avenatti’s stoat-like appearance earned him the moniker “creepy porn lawyer” from Tucker Carlson. The obstinate self-promoter still considered running for president, and the media continued to treat him seriously.
“You look at the field of Democrats right now, and Avenatti’s the one who stands out. He’s the one who’s not a politician,” Philip Rucker, the head of the White House bureau for The Washington Post, stated in a 2018 MSNBC segment. “If he gives the base what they’re looking for and shows he can go toe-to-toe with Trump, he’d have a chance.”
As for Avenatti, political science professor Jason Johnson remarked, “I have always said they need a fighter.” “You need someone who is not going to take the high road because the high road doesn’t work with [Donald Trump].”
Avenatti was really imprisoned for a number of offenses, including extortion, wire fraud, and identity theft, rather than ending him in the White House. It appears it didn’t turn out well. Instead, the Democrats chose the safe route and nominated Joe Biden. It appears that his time at the White House, where he eventually found himself, isn’t going very well either.
So, a new survey indicates that Democrats are open to considering the Duchess of Sussex as another unconventional contender.
According to the U.K. Express, a survey conducted by the Democracy Institute in Washington, D.C., indicated that most Democrats preferred a woman to be the party’s presidential nominee in 2024. Meghan Markle, formerly known as, came in first place.
According to Democracy Institute director Patrick Basham, “We have confirmed that most Democrats want a female and arguably demand a female candidate next time.”
“It has been said for a few years that the Democrats will pretty soon be in a position where the national Democratic Party stops nominating white heterosexual males as candidates.”
“Previously we have had Michelle Obama in there. She is not a serious candidate because she does not appear to be serious about running. The elephant in the room on the Democratic side is Meghan Markle, who continues to make moves out there and, I would argue, test the water in various ways and in various senses.”

The poll found that 64 percent of Democrats wanted a female atop the ticket next time.
The poll, which included 525 Democrats among the 1,500 likely voters surveyed, found that 27 percent wanted the Duchess of Sussex to run — more than any other candidate.
Vice President Kamala Harris was second with 25 percent. Yes, even though she was picked specifically as the heir apparent to Joe Biden, Kamala still can’t beat a former actress whose main claim to fame is marrying the black sheep of a royal family that includes the Jeffrey Epstein-linked Prince Andrew. Chew on that for a second. CONTINUE READING…
