Democratic Senate candidate John Fetterman and his wife were carried by President Joe Biden while he was speaking in Pennsylvania on infrastructure initiatives.
“John, thank you very much for running, I really do appreciate it. And Gisele, you’re going to be a great, great lady in the Senate.” Biden assured the Fettermans.
Biden paused after his odd remark to listen to someone off-mic.
Many people think that Biden implied that Fetterman would leave the Senate because of his deteriorating health as a result of the stroke he suffered earlier this year.

Gisele Fetterman was even referred to as “the de facto candidate” in a recent feature by Rolling Stone.
In response to Biden’s eyebrow-raising comments, Monica Crowley, a former employee of the Trump Treasury Department, suggested that persons with dementia frequently blurt out topics that are being discussed around them.
Crowley tweeted that “Biden’s dementia often has him blurt out what his handlers are planning… here he is, telling Fetterman’s wife that she’ll be a great, great lady in the Senate.”
In a recent interview, Dr. Oz expressed doubt over the likelihood of this occurring. Dr. Oz stated that there was a plan in the works that might allow Gisele Fetterman to replace her husband in the Senate. And he asserted that before the November midterm elections, voters ought to be made aware of that potential.
