Trump Could Be BANNED From Running If He Is Found Guilty Of Mishandling Classified Documents

    Published on

The RINO-left is so ecstatic over the FBI’s move against President Donald J. Trump on Monday that they cannot contain their excitement.

Obviously, it was exhilarating for them to weaponize law enforcement against their political opponents, fans, and allies of Trump. People who have idealized living in a third-world democracy find it fascinating to use this power against Trump himself, a former president who is quite likely to be the next Republican presidential nominee.

As soon as they heard about the raid, the left ignited social media with their delusions that they had finally captured Trump for good this time. They hope that this FBI operation will disprove proof that Trump interfered with sensitive materials, preventing him from running for president in 2024.

Neama Rahmani, a former federal prosecutor, stated to the media, “If Trump is convicted under this federal crime, he would be barred from holding any office, including the presidency.”

Steve Bannon, presenter of the War Room show, attended CPAC in Texas just days ago, when Trump received a tremendously euphoric reception from Conservatives. According to a Twitter user, Bannon immediately recognized the left’s goal and warned Fox News.

The Daily Mail reported on the possibility that Trump’s candidacy may be prevented:

“Trump could be BANNED from holding public office if he is found guilty of mishandling classified White House records – and the legal saga will be a ‘huge’ development for his 2024 hopes, legal experts warn
Donald Trump could be banned from public office if he’s found guilty of mishandling classified White House documents.”

A person convicted of mishandling records is prohibited by federal law from holding any office in the United States. Monday, the FBI searched the Mar-a-Lago home in Palm Beach, Florida, belonging to Donald Trump.

“According to reports, the probe is centered on items that Trump moved to the property after he left the White House in 2021. The National Archives took 15 boxes holding sensitive information from Mar-a-Lago in January 2022, claiming that Trump should not have taken them with him.

The agents were attempting to determine if Trump’s residence had any further documents. If convicted, Trump could face up to three years in jail,” the news source stated.

Sounding a whole lot different from the times other high-profile politicians had mishandled classified documents, the RINO-Left was pleased to report that Trump would be handled differently,
    reporting:

Trump could be facing ‘significant criminal exposure’ if the FBI raid determines he destroyed government records, Rahmani, who is President of West Coast Trial Lawyers, told DailyMail.com Monday night.

He said Trump would likely be charged under US Code Title 18, Section 2071, which involves the concealment or destruction of US government documents. CONTINUE READING…
