Jimmy Kimmel may take a summer sabbatical from his late-night program, but it will continue to maintain his name regardless of the guest presenter.
In light of his recent COVID-19 diagnosis, its parody of President Joe Biden’s muddled words was all the more stunning. And amusing.
In a spoof video of what the president would sound like if he were announcing the infection via a paid political advertisement, “your pal Joey Sack-a-nickels” tells America he has COVID because “one of the neighborhood kids sneezed in my Ovaltine” and promised he’d “be right back to fixing the econ — econ — Matthew McConaughey?”
(The president’s mental decline has grown so severe that even Jimmy Kimmel’s writers cannot ignore it. Since the outset of his campaign, The Western Journal has been chronicling his cognitive difficulties and ensuring that the American public understands why they render him unqualified for the presidency. Fox News reported that Thursday’s concert, headlined by comedian/reality TV host/drag performer RuPaul, occurred on the same day the 79-year-old president revealed he had tested positive. RuPaul remarked that the White House had reported that Biden was doing well “for a man who is 300 years old.”
RuPaul, referring to Biden’s June bicycle accident in Delaware, stated, “Joe claimed his symptoms are light and he’ll be back to falling off his bike in no time.”
He said, “Biden hasn’t been this sick since the time he got scurvy on Noah’s Ark.”
Now, let’s preface this clip by noting it’s even amusing considering how well the president appears to be handling the illness. Dr. Kevin O’Connor, a physician at the White House, stated on Saturday that the president’s chief symptoms are now sore throat, rhinorrhea, loose cough, and body pains.
On Sunday, his condition had improved to the point that “his major complaint is now sore throat,” and he was still being treated with Tylenol, oral hydration, and Paxlovid, a Pfizer medicine that has been found to drastically minimize hospitalization in COVID patients at high risk.
However, the fact that this parody appeared on Thursday, when the trajectory of the president’s physical health was uncertain, demonstrates how obvious the downward trajectory of Biden’s cognitive health is to even the most liberal of observers, including the writers who compete with the writers of Stephen Colbert’s “The Late Show” to see who can go further to the left at 11:35 p.m.

The video began with the pro-forma “I’m Joe Biden, and I approve this message,” as seen in a real Biden campaign ad. The rest wasn’t voiced by the 46th president of the United States — although it certainly channeled his spirit.
“Hey, buckaroos, it’s your pal Joey Sack-a-nickels! As you’ve probably heard, I’ve got a case of the COVID,” the fake-Biden voiceover said over sounds of real-Biden coughing.
“One of the neighborhood kids sneezed in my Ovaltine, but I’m doing A-OK!” he continued. CONTINUE READING…
