According to a reliable source, North Dakota Governor Doug Burgum was taken to an emergency room in Milwaukee on Tuesday after sustaining an injury while playing basketball with his staff.
The source reported that the 67-year-old presidential candidate’s participation in the upcoming GOP primary debate on Wednesday night is uncertain, thereby generating doubts about his attendance.
Burgum is one of the eight candidates participating in the debate. On Wednesday afternoon, all candidates will be given a tour of the venue for the event. It remains uncertain whether the governor of North Dakota will attend.
