The billionaire built his wealth and business empire by squeezing out as much as possible of the employees, no slacking is allowed when Musk is present.
Twitter employees received a directive issued by Musk, stating his own expectations if the buyout goes through.
“If Twitter acquisition completes, company will be super focused on hardcore software engineering, design, infosec & server hardware,” Musk tweeted
“I strongly believe that all managers in a technical area must be technically excellent. Managers in software must write great software or it’s like being a cavalry captain who can’t ride a horse!” he stated.
“Work ethic expectations would be extreme, but much less than I demand of myself,” he added.

Musk has reiterated his ultimatum about working from home he sent out to Tesla staff Tuesday, claiming that ‘remote work is no longer acceptble [sic].’
‘Everyone at Tesla is required to spend a minimum of 40 hours in the office per week,’ Musk explained in a second email to staff shortly after the first. This email was leaked to Teslarati and then made public.
Twitter user @SamNissim shared the message, which had the subject line ‘To be super clear.’ It was sent out to an email list titled ‘Everyone’ just before 11 am.
