In her concession address to her defeated opponent, Harriet Hageman, the humiliated US Representative Liz Cheney (RINO-WY) hinted at a future run for President of the United States. Cheney earned a humiliating level of support from Republicans in her recent GOP primary.
So it was humiliating, and what makes Cheney’s ludicrous notion to run for president hilarious is that, according to recent polls, if she ran, she would injure her allies, the Democrats, and threaten her best friend in Washington, Democrat Joe Biden.
Cheney, the third-highest-ranking Republican in Washington, DC, invested all of her political capital into attacking Trump and is viewed as the top dog in the fraudulent US House committee hearings scheduled for January 6th, which have been weaponized against Trump supporters.
According to YouGov, she made a serious mistake because few people care about her hearings.
“While just 25 percent of Americans saw all or part of the original prime-time hearing on June 9, around 67 percent of Americans claim to have heard anything about it. Those who have heard about the proceedings without watching live broadcast have done so through news articles or by seeing excerpts or highlights. 78% of Democrats have heard about the proceedings, while only 61% of Republicans have.”
So Cheney rejected her Republican backing, and now Cheney reportedly feels she may win the “independent” vote. As reported by YouGov.
Three in five Democrats view Liz Cheney favorably, compared to 17% of Republicans.”
Cheney stated last Wednesday on the Today show, ‘I’m not going to make any announcements here this morning.’
‘But it is something I’m thinking about.’
During her concession address on the night of the primary, Cheney drew parallels between herself and Abraham Lincoln, who lost a series of contests prior to being elected president.
But her hopes of becoming president may not come true that easily.
Cheney, the top Republican on the House Committee on January 6, who was Trump’s top goal to defeat in the 2022 election cycle, lost her primary to lawyer Hageman by around 37 points on Tuesday.

‘Abraham Lincoln was defeated in elections for the Senate and House before he won the most important election of all,’ Cheney noted.
“Liz Cheney running for president would hurt BIDEN more than Trump after her Wyoming Republican primary loss, new poll shows,” Nikki Schwab reported for The Daily Mail.
Perhaps it was upon hearing of Cheney’s idea to run for POTUS, on election night last week, that Biden decided to call Cheney and console her over her defeat. CONTINUE READING…
