According to TMZ’s sources, Los Angeles police have obtained a warrant to test Anne Heche’s blood for drugs or alcohol.
According to sources with the Los Angeles Police Department, Heche was under the influence when she slammed her vehicle into a Los Angeles residence on Friday.
The starlet had a bottle of vodka in her cup holder, according to a photograph obtained by TMZ before to her mishap.
While the warrant has been secured, TMZ reports that the results of the tests might take weeks to come.
According to a separate story from TMZ, police “were first hesitant to conduct any tests on her, since she was plainly in no position to face BAC testing or anything else they would want to administer.”
Heche remains hospitalized owing to the burn injuries she sustained in the ensuing fire when her vehicle collided with the house.
