Judge rules Fauci, Psaki be deposed in lawsuit alleging White House worked with Big Tech to censor speech

    Published on

The demand to depose Dr. Anthony Fauci, former White House press secretary Jen Psaki, as well as other Biden officials in the lawsuit known as “Missouri V. Biden” was shown in court records that were revealed on Friday.

Additionally, the courts have changed for the better for the American people.

The story was reported by Republic Brief, and The Gateway Pundit served as the principal private plaintiff:

“Gateway Pundit previously reported in May that Missouri Attorney General Eric Schmitt, along with Louisiana Attorney General Jeff Landry, filed a lawsuit (Missouri v. Biden) against the Biden Administration, including Biden himself, Anthony Fauci, the Department of Homeland Security, and nearly a dozen federal agencies and Secretaries.”

A copy of the First Amendment Complaint is provided here:

The Gateway Pundit collaborated with the Missouri Attorney General’s Office in June to provide copious proof of Big Tech’s massive censorship and collaboration with the national government. This was an honor and a privilege.

In order to stop the Biden Administration from breaching Americans’ First Amendment rights, Attorney General Eric Schmitt filed a sizable motion.

The Attorney General’s Office received a substantial quantity of proof of Big Tech’s censorship of the well-known news website from The Gateway Pundit, and the Attorney General filed the proof with the court.

“Missouri and Louisiana just filed suit against Joe Biden, Jen Psaki, Dr. Fauci, and other top-ranking officials for allegedly colluding with social media companies to suppress freedom of speech under the guise of combating “misinformation.” according to Missouri Attorney General Eric Schmitt.

The suit claims a massive concerted response by the Deep State (permanent administrative state) to collaborate with Big Tech to censor and manipulate Americans on issues like the Hunter Biden Laptop from Hell, 2020 Election Authenticity, COVID-19 source and extent suspicion, COVID-19 vaccine skepticism, among others.

“The attorneys general for Missouri and Louisiana have accused the Biden administration of “colluding to suppress freedom of speech” with major tech companies and first filed in May. The duo has specifically alleged Big Tech and the Biden administration worked to suppress speech about COVID-19, election integrity, and other matters unfairly.” according to a recent piece by The Washington Examiner.

Missouri Attorney General Eric Schmitt said, “After finding documentation of a collusive relationship between the Biden Administration and social media companies to censor free speech, we immediately filed a motion to get these officials under oath,”. “It is high time we shine a light on this censorship enterprise.”

Together with colleague Republican Louisiana Attorney General Jeff Landry, Schmitt supported the lawsuit. The request for a deposition was granted by the U.S. District Court for the Western District of Louisiana.

According to the case, the collaboration amounted to a violation of common people’s First Amendment rights. Additionally, it claimed that Department of Homeland Security and Health and Human Services employees had broken the Administrative Procedure Act through actions taken in excess of their legal authority.

In addition to Fauci and Psaki, the court also approved the deposition of the Director of White House Digital Strategy Rob Flaherty, Cybersecurity and Infrastructure Security Agency Director Jen Easterly, Surgeon General Vivek Murthy, and FBI supervisory special agent Elvis Chan.

In a lengthy 26-page order, U.S. District Judge Terry Doughty, appointed by former President Donald Trump, went through the list of officials requested for deposition and concluded that Schmitt and Landry satisfied the burden of proof for testimony. CONTINUE READING…
