The charges against former President Donald Trump continue to provoke outrage.
The Department of Justice submitted a heavily redacted document on Friday indicating that Trump is under investigation for possible breaches of the Espionage Act and obstruction of justice.
DOJ states in the document, “In total, Trump had 184 classified documents, 67 confidential, 25 top secret and handwritten notes in boxes returned to the National Archives, according to the document that states the FBI had ‘probable cause to believe the evidence of obstruction would be found’ at his Florida home.”
Trump has consistently claimed that he declassified the records personally before to leaving office, and FBI comments do not address this declassification.
According to the affidavit, Trump’s Florida residence lacked a safe location to store the papers, so agents ordered him to lock the basement where they had been stored.
The ‘PREMISES are not authorized to store classified information,’ it notes.
The government is conducting a criminal investigation into the improper removal and storage of classified information in unauthorized spaces, as well as the unlawful concealment or removal of government records, according to an affidavit with extensive redactions, which added that there is “probable cause to believe that evidence of obstruction will be found.”
Trump has also maintained repeatedly that, on the FBI’s last visit to the property, they requested just that a lock be placed to the room, to which he obliged by installing the lock they requested.
Trump has maintained that he and his team have cooperated and complied with all demands, and that they have committed no crime.
‘The DOJ and FBI are practicing Election Interference at the highest and most dishonest level our Country has ever seen before, both in the Midterms, and the 2024 Presidential Election,’ he declared on his Truth Social platform on Sunday.
Now, Senator Lindsay Graham is discussing the effects of the witch hunt on Trump:
Lindsey Graham, a Republican senator, has warned that there will be “riots in the streets” if Donald Trump is arrested for mishandling secret materials.
Graham indicated there was a two-tiered judicial system that supported Joe Biden and against the former president along political lines.
‘Most Republicans, including me, believe when it comes to Trump, there is no law. It’s all about getting him,’ Graham said to Fox News on Sunday night.

‘There is a double standard when it comes to Trump. What happened with Hunter Biden is that the FBI weighed in to make sure the story didn’t break before the 2020 election.
‘We now have whistleblowers at the FBI telling Senator Chuck Grassley they were told to slow down and back off Hunter Biden.
‘And I’ll say this, if there is a prosecution of Donald Trump for mishandling classified information after the Clinton debacle… there will be riots in the street. CONTINUE READING…
