Jim Hoft of The Gateway Pundit (TGP) is a rising star in Missouri v. Biden, a landmark free speech lawsuit against the US Federal Government and Big Tech. Recently, Hoft penned a first-person account of a significant triumph for advocates of individual liberty.
In a recent story publicizing the case, Hoft stated, “Gateway Pundit is the lead private plaintiff in the suit, and we’ve been covering the suit from its inception.”
“TGP previously reported in May that Missouri Attorney General Eric Schmitt, along with Louisiana Attorney General Jeff Landry, filed a lawsuit (Missouri v. Biden) against the Biden Administration, including Biden himself, Anthony Fauci, the Department of Homeland Security, and nearly a dozen federal agencies and Secretaries,” Hoft reported.
Missouri Attorney General Eric Schmitt stated, “Missouri and Louisiana just filed suit against Joe Biden, Jen Psaki, Dr. Fauci, and other top-ranking officials for allegedly colluding with social media companies to suppress freedom of speech under the guise of combating “misinformation.”
The lawsuit alleges that the Deep State (permanent administrative state) collaborated with Big Tech to censor and manipulate Americans – from average citizens to news outlets – on a variety of issues, including the Hunter Biden Laptop from Hell, 2020 Election Integrity, COVID-19 origin and extent skepticism, and COVID-19 vaccine skepticism, among others.

Attorney General Eric Schmitt filed a massive motion to prevent the Biden Administration from violating Americans’ First Amendment rights.
The Gateway Pundit provided a large amount of evidence of Big Tech’s censorship of the prominent news website to AG Schmitt’s Office, and the Attorney General filed the evidence with the Court.

This evidence was submitted to the Louisiana Federal Court.
The case reached a CRUCIAL turning point in July when AG Schmitt and his team won a huge victory.
They persuaded the federal judge to grant them limited discovery (investigatory powers) BEFORE the Court would decide the government defendants’ collective motion to dismiss this case. CONTINUE READING…
