HUGE DEVELOPMENT: Report Alleges FBI “Had Personal Stake” in Mar-a-Lago Raid – Agents Were After Spygate Documents

    Published on

The extremely suspicious FBI raid on Mar-a-Lago, the Florida estate of President Donald J. Trump, reveals some long-awaited revelations about the nation’s premier law enforcement organization that demonstrate the FBI is a threat to freedom and liberty.

Reports from Wednesday set the stage for exposing the FBI’s true motivations for the raid on Trump, reminding readers that Trump will declassify a binder of papers on January 19, 2021, containing hundreds of pages regarding the Crossfire Hurricane affair and the Russia fabrication.

William J. Barr and Merrick Garland, two distinct DOJ Attorney Generals, have disobeyed President Trump’s express legal order to disclose the papers in the Federal Register.

“The DOJ had already made redactions to protect sources & methods, and returned the binder back to the White House. But the corrupt FBI also wanted to hide names. So at the last minute, the DOJ demanded the binder comply with the 1974 Privacy Act. The Act requires any “agency” that releases records to also hide personal or identifiable name information. The DOJ knew this Act doesn’t apply to the White House, it was a stall tactic. The courts decided this 22 years ago that the Privacy Act was based around FOIA requests, and the White House is not an agency,” Hoft stated.

On January 20, 2021, Trump’s chief of staff, Mark Meadows, sent the binder to the DOJ along with the following memo:

The message is pretty explicit on what is anticipated, as it states:

    MEMORANDUM FOR THE ATTORNEY GENERAL
    THE DIRECTOR OF NATIONAL INTELLIGENCE
THE DIRECTOR OF THE CENTRAL INTELLIGENCE AGENCY

SUBJECT: Declassification of Certain Materials Related to the FBI’s Crossfire Hurricane Investigation

By the power granted to me as President by the Constitution and the laws of the United States of America, I thus order:

Section 1. Declassification and Publication. On December 30, 2020, at my request, the Department of Justice sent to the White House a binder containing papers connected to the Federal Bureau of Investigation’s Crossfire Hurricane investigation. A portion of the materials included in the binder remain classified and have not been made available to Congress or the general public. I requested the papers so that a declassification study could be conducted and so that I could assess how much of the binder’s contents should be shared in unclassified form.

More on this story via The Republic Brief:

I determined that the materials in that binder should be declassified to the maximum extent possible. In response, and as part of the iterative process of the declassification review, under a cover letter dated January 17, 2021, the Federal Bureau of Investigation noted its continuing objection to any further declassification of the materials in the binder and also, on the basis of a review that included Intelligence Community equities, identified the passages that it believed it was most crucial to keep from public disclosure. I have determined to accept the redactions proposed for continued classification by the FBI in that January 17 submission.

I hereby declassify the remaining materials in the binder. This is my final determination under the declassification review and I have directed the Attorney General to implement the redactions proposed in the FBI’s January 17 submission and return to the White House an appropriately redacted copy.
