A “genderfluid” member of the Biden administration is accused of criminal larceny yet again.

Sam Brinton, a representative of the Department of Energy, is wanted on suspicion of grand larceny.

According to KLAS-TV, the charge is related to an alleged theft of luggage at Harry Reid International Airport.

Brinton is accused of stealing luggage from an airport in a second criminal case.

Due to the alleged theft of a female traveler’s personal belongings at the Minneapolis-Saint Paul International Airport, Brinton is already facing criminal prosecution.

Prosecutors allege that Brinton stole a woman’s stuff from baggage claims while being seen on airport security cameras.

According to a criminal complaint that the Daily Wire has received, the Department of Energy deputy assistant secretary was later caught on camera leaving the Minneapolis airport and even coming home after a trip to Europe with the disputed suitcase.

Following the theft of the suitcase, Brinton is accused of lying to police, first denying that he had stolen any luggage before admitting that he hadn’t been “completely honest.”

According to the complaint, Brinton later claimed she had no knowledge of bringing the disputed luggage.

In a Twitter thread from June thanking people for their support of his work at the Department of Energy, Brinton boasted of being one of the “very first openly genderfluid individuals in federal government leadership.”

At the government agency, Brinton is currently the Deputy Assistant Secretary for Spent Fuel and Waste Disposition.

The Washington Examiner reports that due to his initial felony charge, Brinton has been suspended from his current Department of Energy responsibilities.

In reaction to the initial criminal charge, House Republicans have demanded that he be fired from his federal employment, the New York Post reports.

Brinton talked about his own paraphilia on his open social media profiles before to joining the federal civil service.

Regarding any of the criminal charges he is up against, Brinton has not made any public statements.
