This week, former Attorney General William Barr disclosed that the Biden bribery file is not concluded and has been forwarded to the U.S. Attorney in Delaware for further investigation.
Barr was questioned by The Federalist regarding Democrat Rep. Jamie Raskin’s claim that Barr had terminated an investigation into an informant’s allegation that President Joe Biden had accepted a $5 million bribe.
“It’s not true. It wasn’t closed down,” Barr said when asked about Raskin’s comments. “On the contrary, it was sent to Delaware for further investigation.”

Soon after attending a closed-door meeting with House Oversight Committee Chair James Comer and the FBI — at which lawmakers reviewed the FD-1023 form summarizing a CHS’s detailed allegations that then-Vice President Joe Biden agreed to accept money from a foreign national to affect policy decisions — Raskin spoke to the media,” The Federalist reported.
Speaking to reporters after the meeting, Raskin said: “What I learned was that Attorney General Barr named Scott Brady, who was the U.S. attorney for Western Pennsylvania, to head up a group of prosecutors who would look into all the allegations related to Ukraine. After Rudy Giuliani surfaced these allegations, Brady’s team looked into the FD-1023 and “in August determined that there were no grounds to escalate from an initial assessment to a preliminary investigation. They called an end to the investigation.”
Raskin then asserted that Barr and his “handpicked prosecutor Mr. Brady, who was a Trump appointee” determined that there were no grounds to investigate the informant’s allegations against Biden.
Barr asserts that this is false.
The former attorney general stated that the FD-1023 claims of the informant were forwarded to the U.S. attorney’s office in Delaware for further investigation.

Rep. Anna Paulina Luna of the Florida Republican Party disclosed on Monday that the FBI is “afraid” that an informant who provided information about an alleged bribery scheme involving then-Vice President Joe Biden would be “killed if unmasked.”
A whistleblower who reportedly supplied Republicans with evidence alleging Biden was involved in corrupt ‘pay-for-play’ schemes as vice president has been frequently utilized by the FBI since the Obama administration and is deemed “highly credible.”
According to Fox News, the individual has claimed that the former vice president “was involved in a criminal bribery scheme with a foreign national” and is a “FBI confidential human source…used by the bureau in multiple investigations dating back to” Barack Obama’s two terms in office.
The outlet also reported that House Oversight Committee Chairman James Comer (R-Kentucky) and Republican Sen. Chuck Grassley (R-Iowa) were recently contacted by a whistleblower who claimed the FBI possessed an FD-1023 form dated June 30, 2020, which allegedly contains explicit information provided by a confidential human source.
According to the source, the document details allegations that Biden was involved in a $5 million criminal bribery conspiracy during his tenure as vice president. According to Fox News, the conspiracy allegedly involved a foreign national and aimed to influence policy decisions.

A source with knowledge of the situation told Fox News Digital that the confidential human source who provided the information about Biden to the FBI is a “pre-existing” FBI source who has been utilized in numerous investigations unrelated to the Biden information.
