On January 6, 2021, when massive crowds of supporters from across the nation attempted to show their support for President Donald J. Trump and their concerns over a bizarre election, the month before, an FBI informant in the kidnapping case of Democrat Governor Gretchen Whitmer has exposed some ludicrous claims about the agency’s actions.
According to the informant, on January 6th, Michigan State Police were requested to permit demonstrators access to the Capitol. If that is the case, it may come back to bite those who have been trying to paint President Trump and his supporters as being crazy and dangerous by demonizing them and fabricating stories about them.
“Whitmer, a Democrat, blamed then-President Donald Trump for stoking mistrust and fomenting anger over coronavirus restrictions and refusing to condemn hate groups and right-wing extremists like those charged in the plot,” according to a recent article by the AP.
The Whitmer kidnapping plot was recently referred to as a “fake deal” by Trump.
They are related as follows:
“Many have wondered about the sketchy plot to kidnap Michigan Gov. Gretchen Whitmer. Monday, a jury heard from an informant in the case. A retrial is taking place for two suspects who were accused of involvement in the plot after a previous jury was unable to reach a verdict. Two others were acquitted,” Biz Pac review wrote about the case that forced FBI information to come forward,” Biz Pac review wrote about the case.
Sources claim that the FBI informant is 35-year-old former U.S. Army soldier Dan Chappel, who served in Iraq. He is discussing his involvement with the Wolverine Watchmen, the group at the focus of the investigation, in his testimony. He was at a demonstration against the COVID lockdowns at the Michigan Capitol on April 30, 2020, and according to Red State, the FBI explicitly requested that police allow protesters access to the facility. Strangely, neither of the two defendants is a Watchmen.

Chappel is currently testifying in the retrial of two men accused of plotting to kidnap Whitmer (Adam Fox & Barry Croft, neither of whom were members of the Watchmen). Under cross, he is describing his actions to monitor the group during the spring and summer of 2020

Chappel said he used his live wire to tell his handlers that the Watchmen were discussing their desire to take violent action and storm the building. According to his testimony, it was his warning that convinced the FBI to ask the MSP to open the doors.

Dan Chappel, a confidential human source in the Governor Whitmer kidnapping case, recently testified that he informed his FBI handlers of his worry that members of the Wolverine Watchmen, a group of armed militants he had infiltrated, were getting ready to engage in violence outside the facility.
Chappel wore a live transmitter-equipped wire. Even though there weren’t many Watchmen present, the venue eventually let hundreds of protesters inside. Even though the protesters’ presence in the Capitol was obstructive, there was no actual violence.

His concern, he told Fox’s defense attorney, was that the Watchmen might assault the building. Coincidentally, Fox was at the event that day, but not with the Watchmen, whom he would not meet until June of 2020. CONTINUE READING..
