According to three current or former Department of Justice officials, the Delaware U.S. Attorney’s Office investigating Hunter Biden lacks the resources to thoroughly investigate the intricacy of the Biden family’s financial activities, adding to the clamor for a special counsel.
Late in March of 2022, The New York Times and The Wall Street Journal revealed that a federal probe into Hunter Biden’s business activities was proceeding in Delaware.
The probe included the formation of a grand jury, according to the New York Times, which said that the son of the president’s son paid his tax claims, adding that the payments did not eliminate his legal culpability but reduced his likelihood of facing prosecution.
The WSJ followed up with its own report on the investigation’s expansion, which included the use of a grand jury.
In March, the U.S. Attorney’s Office for Delaware declined to respond to any media source regarding the matter.
Nevertheless, now that they are facing the entire Biden family, they are advising DOJ-affiliated persons that the ‘Biden criminal family’ is too much for them to handle, according to a whistleblower.
Recent allegations were published by Margot Cleveland for the Federalist as follows: “Conflicts of interest aside, the intricacy and scale of the Biden corruption probe transcend the capacity of the Delaware U.S. Attorney’s Office.”
“If any single one of the dozens of issues had been alleged about the Bush or Trump families, a special counsel would have been appointed immediately,” said one career official familiar with the probe. “[The Delaware office] needs help. There’s no way it can tackle everything it needs to, even if it tried.” Two other officials also expressed concern about resources available to the investigation, particularly given the political sensitivity and complexity of the underlying issues,” Cleveland wrote.
US Senator Chuck Grassley, (R-IA), the ranking member of the Judiciary Committee, and US Senator Ron Johnson (R-WIS), the top Republican on the Permanent Subcommittee on Investigations, have been slamming the Bidens on the Senate floor for some time, presenting detailed investigations of the corrupt business ties and massive corruption, while the Biden administration, law enforcement, and a significant portion of the lapdog media completely ignore them.
Fox News notes that the Federalist revelation on the whistleblower follows previous media stories concerning Grassley and Johnson’s call for a special counsel.
This Thursday, a Fox News presenter reported, “The top member of the Senate Judiciary Committee claims he has received reports that agencies are downplaying and hiding misconduct by the president’s son.”

“Highly credible whistleblowers have come forward to Republican Senator Chuck Grassley alleging a widespread effort within the FBI to downplay and discredit – information about Hunter Biden according to a scathing letter from Grassley to FBI director Christopher Ray and attorney general Merrick Garland, Brooke Sigmund reported for the outlet.
In her report, she said that Grassley wrote, “the allegations provided to his office appear to indicate that there was a scheme in place among certain FBI officials to undermine derogatory information connected to Hunter, Biden by falsely suggesting it was disinformation.” CONTINUE READING…
