After the FBI raid on Mar-a-Lago, the Florida estate of President Donald J. Trump, the Department of Justice (DOJ), led by Democrat Attorney General Merrick Garland, would prefer to remain silent regarding their motivations for such an unprecedented and shocking action against the Democrat-RINOs political opponent.
And the Florida Magistrate who monitors the legal difficulties on the FBI raid and the secretary of the warrant in this case has previously stated he has a predisposition towards Trump cases after posting critical remarks about Trump’s character on social media.
The location of the federal judge assigned to this case is unknown.
And it all transpires at a time when FBI Whistleblowers have come up regarding Hunter Biden’s laptop, which implicates widespread corruption at the highest levels of the District of Columbia.
According to reports, between 30 and 100 FBI agents went on Trump’s Mar-a-Lago resort as part of an investigation, searched the residence, and seized Melania’s personal belongings, all in an effort to determine whether he carried secret documents with him when he left the White House.
The Democratic Department of Justice does not feel it is required to disclose what led to the investigation of Trump’s belongings and the seizure of his private property. The agency desired to maintain the warrant’s secrecy and conceal it from public view.
The motivation for bringing a safe-cracker to Trump’s residence and breaking into his safe is of interest to many. At this moment, the media has seen the warrant. The Department of Justice has refused to comment on the raid.
The Daily Mail claimed on Wednesday that the DOJ was “ordered to UNSEAL the warrant the FBI used to search Trump’s Mar-a-Lago residence after Eric Trump informed the media that FBI officers refused to produce a copy on the day of the raid.”
Rapidly following the suspicious FBI raid, Republicans demand an explanation for the secrecy amidst mounting Republican and Independent outrage.
The magistrate judge who purportedly authorized the FBI raid, Bruce Reinhart, ordered the DOJ to respond to applications to unseal the warrant by Monday.
Reinhart gave the DOJ some wriggle space, though, by adding that the answer might be redacted “as required to prevent divulging material already under seal.”
