Michael Moore, a well-known documentary filmmaker and prominent socialist whose films frequently serve as impassioned calls to action for Democrats, has a brilliant new plan to ban gun ownership in the United States for good.
According to his profile, Michael Francis Moore, 68, is an American documentary filmmaker, novelist, and leftist activist. He regularly addresses globalization and capitalism in his writings.
Bowling for Columbine and Fahrenheit 9/11 are two of his most well-known documentaries, both of which are effective leftist propaganda. Moore, a native of Flint, Michigan, has written eight books, including Stupid White Men and Dude, Where’s My Country?
The New Yorker defined him as follows: “Moore is on the left, but he also values his mainstream status. To effect change, he is aware that he must convince his supporters that they constitute the majority. Although Moore’s art is politically engaged, he has stated that he views the subject matter as a means to engage an audience in political issues: “If I were just making a political statement, I’d run for office, and if I were giving a sermon, I’d be a preacher. I’m making a movie, an entertaining experience.”
Moore is noted for his fiery left-wing populism, according to John Flesher of the Associated Press, and journals such as the Socialist Worker Online have praised him as the “new Tom Paine.”
Moore’s most recent work is on the “28th Amendment” to the United States Constitution, which would replace the Second Amendment on gun ownership.
He uploaded the text of his proposed amendment to his Substack and stated that he had given his work to Congress, but he did not disclose the specifics of how this occurred or the comments he received.
According to Moore, he communicated the following to our public workers on his plans to eliminate gun ownership among Americans:
The inalienable right of a free people to be kept safe from gun violence and the fear thereof must not be infringed and shall be protected by the Congress and the States. This Amendment thus repeals and replaces the Second Amendment.

Congress shall create a mandatory system of firearm registration and licensing for the following limited purposes: (a) licensed hunters of game; (b) licensed ranges for the sport of target shooting; and (c) for the few who can demonstrate a special need for personal protection.
All who seek a firearm will undergo a strict vetting process with a thorough background check, including the written and confidential approval of family members, spouses and ex-spouses and/or partners and ex-partners, co-workers and neighbors. A mental health check will also be required. There will be a waiting period of one month to complete the full background check.
Those who meet all the requirements for the restricted gun owners groups and successfully pass the background check must take a firearms safety class and pass a written test on an annual basis. CONTINUE READING…
