The notion that racism against white people is impossible has long been a liberal axiom. Anyone who asserts that such a thing exists will be made fun of. You automatically have it better and easier than anyone else if you are white. Such a claim is absurd because there are many different “white” people from various cultures, ethnicities, and socioeconomic backgrounds.
But while there has never been an organization to deliberately seek out injustice for those of Caucasian descent, groups like the ACLU do so for people of color.
Enter America First Legal, which Stephen Miller, the former president Donald Trump’s senior policy advisor and director of speechwriting at the White House, founded in February 2021. In its mission statement, AFL states:
“We believe that all Americans deserve a government that puts their needs, their interests, and their country FIRST. This is the sacred obligation of every elected leader. This is the system our Founding Fathers established. This is the priceless heritage of every American citizen.
Yet America First principles are now under attack like never before. Our security, our liberty, our sovereignty, and our most fundamental rights and values are being systematically dismantled by an unholy alliance of corrupt special interests, big tech titans, the fake news media, and liberal Washington politicians.
We founded America First Legal to save our country from this coordinated campaign. With your support, we will oppose the radical left’s anti-jobs, anti-freedom, anti-faith, anti-borders, anti-police, and anti-American crusade.”
The following sentence can be seen on the AFL website’s home page:
“America First Legal is the long-awaited answer to the ACLU. We are committed to an unwavering defense of true equality under law, national borders and sovereignty, freedom of speech and religion, classical values and virtues, the sanctity of life and centrality of family, and our timeless legal and constitutional heritage. Through relentless litigation and oversight, we will protect America First, Last, and Always.”
The AFL quoted Martin Luther King Jr. as saying that persons seeking assistance “should not be judged by the color of their skin, but by the content of their character” in a recent lawsuit against the government’s selective relief program.
America First Legal’s legal defense team recently unveiled an advertisement that specifically calls out racism after realizing how frequently persons with light-colored skin are attacked.

The ad is not America First Legal’s first foray into the subject of racism against white people. The group filed a lawsuit earlier this year in New York against the Department of Health’s guideline for Covid-19 treatment, which stated, incredibly, that “Non-white race or Hispanic/Latino ethnicity should be considered a risk factor, as longstanding systemic health and social inequities have contributed to an increased risk of severe illness and death from COVID-19.”
AFL also filed FOIA lawsuits that forced the release of the administration’s Equity Action Plans for the pandemic.
The group further produced political mailers that stated: “Joe Biden and left-wing officials are engaged in widespread racial discrimination against white and Asian Americans … even though it’s against the law.” CONTINUE READING…
