A Black gun rights organization recently organized a “Unity March for the Second Amendment” in Austin, Texas, openly carrying weapons and yelling nasty remarks towards immigration. But, unfortunately, the lapdog-mainstream media ignored the rally and the protest chats against one of Democrat Joe Biden’s most egregious policy usurpations: allowing the country to be flooded with foreigners and migrants through the Southern Border in order to replace these exact Black protesting communities.
Even famous Black Scholars acknowledge that illegal immigration disproportionately harms the Black Community. Yet, no one on the left who virtue signaled to the Black Community for votes cared about these protesters.
‘Close the borders!’ they chanted. One yelled ‘build the wall’ the protestors on their unity march chanted.
‘Immigrants, we’ve been here!’ another person yelled. ‘Take your ass home!’
‘What do we want? Closed borders! When do we want it? Now!’
Once inside the capital building, a speaker summed up the group’s demands as ‘Reparations now, delineation, a stop to illegal immigration.’
The EGP Gun Club is a club whose mission is to “reaffirm Black rights and responsibilities to exercise the 2nd Amendment.”
They are not alone in their anxiety over the influx of immigrants into their country. For instance, in 2007, Vanderbilt University professor and renowned historian Carol Swain reported on the consequences of illegal immigration on the Black Community:
African Americans lose more employment to illegal immigrants than any other racial or ethnic group, yet low-income black workers have no voice in the issue.
Professor Swain argues, “African Americans have been left devoid of a strong black voice in Congress on a topic that affects them deeply, given their high unemployment rates and historic struggle to get quality housing, health care, education and other goods and services.”
Professor Swain based her remarks on a research done by the Pew Hispanic Center, which discovered that high unemployment rates among African Americans and Hispanics were largely attributable to a significant number of immigrants with poor levels of education. She noted that loose or nonexistent immigration regulations enable companies to hire illegal immigrants instead of legitimate personnel.
“The greatest competition occurs among people at the margins of society, a multi-racial group that includes poorly educated blacks, whites and Hispanics who compete against each other and against new immigrants for low-wage, low-skill jobs,” Professor Swain states.
Professor Swain also discovered that changes to government programs, such as student loans, make it more difficult for African-American students with low incomes to receive training for higher-paying employment. Additionally, others argue that some African Americans feel intimidated by the influx of immigrants to the United States due to the immigrants’ possible influence on affirmative action.”

According to the group’s website, the group’s mission is: “Our Work The Elmer Geronimo Pratt Pistol and Rifle Gun Club fully affirm the right and duty of Black people to protect ourselves, our families and our communities and we embody that belief by leading by example. Our members and leaders never fail to rise to the occasion- from training those with the genuine desire to learn and serving the unhoused, to working with those with like-minded goals and making the political push needed to change unjust laws and influence the political landscape; all of these actions are sorely needed to improve the quality of life for our community. We will never stop fighting for justice for Black America.” CONTINUE READING…
