Biden’s Plot To Take Trump Out For Good Revealed

    Published on

The FBI’s investigation into the attack on the Capitol on January 6 turned up scant proof that it was the product of a planned scheme to rig the election.

The FBI believes that roughly 1000 suspected participants were not centrally coordinated by far-right organizations or well-known Trump supporters, according to sources who have either been directly involved in the wide-ranging investigations or routinely informed on them.

One former senior law enforcement official acquainted with the investigation claimed that “Ninety to ninety-five percent of these are one-off cases. Then you have five percent, maybe, of these militia groups that were more closely organized. But there was no grand scheme with Roger Stone and Alex Jones and all of these people to storm the Capitol and take hostages.”

Despite this, Biden is pursuing the former president through the Department of Justice in the hopes that he will face some sort of criminal charges.

The DOJ is looking into former President Donald Trump for “efforts to overturn the 2020 election results.”

According to four persons who are supposedly aware with the matter, The Washington Post reported this.

Because of talks he had, it has been claimed that Trump was involved in a plot to replace electors. In front of a grand jury, prosecutors are interrogating witnesses about these talks.

The story claims that the prosecutors “The prosecutors have asked hours of detailed questions about meetings Trump led … his pressure campaign on Pence to overturn the election; and what instructions Trump gave his lawyers and advisers about fake electors and sending electors back to the states.”

Investigators reportedly also collected the phone records of important Trump staff members, including Mark Meadows, a former White House chief of staff, according to the Post.

The Justice Department has been actively looking into Trump’s allies, as has been previously reported, but this most recent revelation suggests that the former President is also under investigation.

According to the most recent allegation, Merrick Garland, the Attorney General, has indicated a willingness to charge Trump for his alleged involvement in the disturbance at the Capitol on January 6th. This is true even though Trump called for a nonviolent demonstration and the FBI concluded there was no conspiracy.

Lester Holt of NBC News questioned whether bringing charges against a former president would “arguably tear the country apart” in an interview on Tuesday.

“Look, we pursue justice without fear or favor,” Garland retorted.

He continued, “We intend to hold everyone, anyone who was criminally responsible for the events surrounding Jan. 6, for any attempt to interfere with the lawful transfer of power from one administration to another, accountable. That’s what we do.”

More on this story via The Republic Brief:

The Washington Post reported that the Justice Department may investigate two criminal matters involving Trump: “Seditious conspiracy and conspiracy to obstruct a government proceeding” and “potential fraud.”

A central claim of fraud would be “the false-electors scheme” by which the former President pressured officials to “falsely claim that the election was rigged.”
