In Robstown, Texas, on Saturday, former president Donald Trump was disrupted while speaking about the Capitol assault on January 6, 2021.
Just after 9 p.m. ET, “The Star-Spangled Banner” was spontaneously performed by the crowds.
Trump gave a nod of appreciation to the spontaneous singing and remained silent until the song was over.
Then, when the crowd applauded and screamed “USA! USA! USA!” he broke into a beaming smile.
The crowd at the Trump Rally in Texas broke out in singing of the National Anthem.

The national anthem is sung by the Jan. 6 political detainees inmates in their Washington jail cells every night at 9 p.m., according to Republican Rep. Marjorie Taylor Greene of Georgia, who made the revelation on her personal Twitter account in August 2021.
As expected, Greene’s personal account on Twitter has subsequently been permanently disabled.
However, MTG shared a video of one such performance outside the D.C. Central Detention Facility, where many of the Jan. 6 convicts have been housed for the previous 21 months, on her official congressional account.
No one agrees with the riot at the Capitol on Jan 6th, as a matter of fact, it upset and shocked me very much.
But the political persecution happening in our country upsets me even more.

Despite the fact that it might appear strange for a MAGA crowd to interrupt Trump, the singing is a show of support for the prisoners.
Greene tweeted that the prisoners had “virtually no medical care, very poor food quality, and [were] being put through re-education.” after visiting them in August 2021, according to Newsweek.
She wrote, “No one has argued in defense of the Capitol riot, and I’ve always openly said I was very upset by it, but after seeing these men myself in the DC Jail, I can attest this abuse is true,”
She continued, “J6 defendants are political prisoners of war,”
MTG’s personal account has since been indefinitely suspended, as was already announced.
Julie Kelly, a major contributor to American Greatness, spoke with the detainees and their families on multiple occasions and confirmed Greene’s claims about the appalling treatment of the captives.
In November, Kelly published a passage from a defense lawyer’s court document criticizing the appalling conditions and treatment of those detainees.
The lawyer claimed, “I have practiced criminal defense as an attorney throughout this entire country and have never seen such a blatant disregard for inmates’ rights as I have seen from this DC Jail.”
More on this story via The Western Journal:
“There is a well-documented history of the DC Jail hindering attorney-client visits, as well as refusing the Capitol Riot inmates the same privileges as other inmates to email their attorneys and families.”
As Democrat-run cities such as New York, Philadelphia, Chicago and Los Angeles descend into lawlessness thanks to soft-on-crime leftist prosecutors, Trump supporters who protested on Jan. 6, 2021, are being slapped with excessive jail terms that are disproportionate to their “crimes.”
On Friday, Matthew Bledsoe of Tennessee was sentenced to four years in jail for the felony offense of “obstruction of an official proceeding” and “parading, demonstrating, or picketing in a Capitol Building.” CONTINUE READING…
