Joy Reid, the MSNBC host, is out of this world, even for a far-leftist commentator. The host of “Reidout” has a history of making racist and obviously outrageous remarks.
The Harvard-educated New York City native, whose pay is estimated to be approximately $10 million, has been making a fortune as a host since 2016, advocating racism and other forms of hatred.
She was assigned the prime 7 p.m. spot for “ReidOut” in July 2020.
In 2018, she claimed that resurrected homophobic statements on her old Florida blog, “The Reid Report,” were not written by her, resulting in one of the most odd media scandals of the decade.
Instead, she accused hackers and claimed to have enlisted the FBI to look into her claim, according to Fox News.
The MSNBC personality eventually admitted that she wasn’t hacked and that she didn’t recall uttering the terrible statements, but she still apologized.
Reid’s use of politically and racially heated language on MSNBC extends back to her initial weekend morning talk show, “AM Joy,” but since she was promoted to weeknights in 2020, her criticism has a bigger visibility than ever.
Even among people on the left, her hallmark style may be on its way out.
According to The Blaze, the MSNBC anchor claimed in March that the world only cares about Ukraine’s invasion because the country is white and Christian.
“OK, let’s be honest. Reid stated his opinion. “The world is watching because this is occurring in Europe; would we witness the same outpouring of sympathy and compassion if it happened anyplace else?”

During April, Fox News reported, every single Fox News Channel weekday program – including “FOX & Friends First,” which airs from 4-6 a.m. ET – outdrew “The ReidOut.”
Reid may not have attracted many viewers during the month of April, but she certainly made headlines with a series of outlandish comments, Fox News noted.
This week she suggested Elon Musk “missed” South Africa’s apartheid, in a rant against the Tesla CEO and incoming Twitter owner. Along with her guest Jason Johnson, “The ReidOut” host trashed Musk while mocking conservatives as “outsiders to the culture” who were going to miss being able to bully “smart” liberals leaving Twitter.
Reid also declared conservatives on Twitter want to be able “punch people in the face” and then laugh about it.
This week, Reid caused a stir for claiming Black children associated with retired NFL player Jack Brewer’s foundation were subjected to child abuse when pictured with Florida Gov. Ron DeSantis, R., during the signing of a ban on critical race theory curriculum.
Brewer told “Tucker Carlson Tonight” on Tuesday the youth pictured with the governor are “children of God” who do not deserve to be publicly attacked on national television by the left-wing commentator. He called for Reid to either apologize or potentially face a defamation suit. Read more here…
