Rep. Adam Kinzinger (R-IL), a retiring RINO member of the January 6 Committee who claims to be committed to reestablishing “Democracy,” just got a cease and desist demand from Conservative strategist Alex Bruesewitz as a result of a viral Twitter spat.
Kinzinger is accused of abusing his position of authority as a serving member of the divisive US House committee investigating the events of January 6, 2021.
Kinzinger is a currently serving US Representative, while Brueswitz is a private citizen, a pro-Trump political strategist, and the CEO of X Strategies LLC.
A target of the Jan. 6th Committee and a witness who has been called to testify, Brueseitz, has received threats from Kinzinger that he will divulge information about him.
According to news reports, an argument between the two was sparked by Kinzinger’s scathing Twitter comments after Bruesewitz alleged that Kinzinger had slandered him by revealing information about the federal Paycheck Protection Program (PPP) loans.
Recently, Bruesewitz appeared on Newsmax to present his side, stating that he has employees and that Kinzinger has placed a “target on his back for investigation” in addition to continuing to discredit him by asserting that Bruesewitz did not have any employees despite having stated as much on the company’s PPP loan.
The absence of the names of Brieseqitz’s workers on the company website prompted Kinzinger to make these allegations.
Bruesewitz told Newsmax listeners,“I put myself out there to defend my country from radical leftists, but not all my employees want to be public that doesn’t mean they don’t exist.”

Before Kinzinger attacked Bruesweitz, there was a political debate between an America First-MAGA Conservative and a very soft Republican about dirty party politics.
After that, Kinzinger launched a vicious blow that seemed especially harsh in light of their earlier altercation.
When Kinzinger mentioned that Bruesewitz had access to COVID pandemic money, he went on to falsely accuse Bruesewitz using this knowledge.
Bruesewitz questioned Kinzinger about his support for radical Democrat Joe Biden’s targeting of Conservatives, and Kinzinger mocked Bruesewitz in an apparent attempt to distract the conversation.
Following Kinziner’s criticism of Conservative Republicans for supporting and encouraging a New York Times article about the political raid on President Donald J. Trump’s Florida family home, the following conversation took place:
Every Republican owns these words unless they explicitly denounce them. Every one. You can’t call Trump your leader and pretend you didn’t hear them.
This is un-American https://t.co/6gFMNXyGNl

Then the back and forth started, and it seemed as follows:
KINZINGER: “Every Republican owns these words unless they explicitly denounce them. Every one. You can’t call Trump your leader and pretend you didn’t hear them. This is un-American.”
BRUESEWITZ: “You praised Joe Biden for calling 75 Million Americans “enemies of the state,” but you’re angry that Trump criticized the corrupt & completely weaponized FBI & DOJ? , you have issues man.
KINZINGER: “Alex did you pay back your PPP loan despite having no employees?” Kinzinger posted.
Then, however, Kinzinger posted a screenshot taken from Brueswitz’s corporate records.

“Kinzinger claimed the GOP strategist had no employees then and published a screenshot of a website showing Bruesewitz received $25,000 in a PPP loan for payroll.
The congressman should retract his statement and apologize for “deliberately & viciously” defaming Bruesewitz, Bruesewitz “strongly” advised on Monday.
When my company received a PPP Loan, I was 23 & employed 2 people full time
Today, I am 25 years old & employ 10 people
We at @XStrategiesLLC are a small team, but we pack a big punch! Hence why we are maliciously defamed
Btw Kinzinger has never signed the front of a paycheck.

“When my company received a PPP Loan, I was 23 & employed 2 people full-time Today, I am 25 years old & employ 10 people,” Bruesewitz wrote on social media.
Bruesewitz said that Kinzinger went after a private citizen by claiming he had defrauded the U.S. government out of money when he accepted the PPP loans to pay his employees. “Only problem is, he knew I had employees. My attorney, @JeffClarkUS has sent Kinzinger a Cease & Desist,” he added.
“Attached below you will find the full 7 page Cease & Desist / Retraction demand that my General Counsel, @JeffClarkUS, sent to Congressman @AdamKinzinger,” the GOP strategist contiued. “We are giving Kinzinger 5 days to retract his defamatory statement & issue me a public apology.”
